# Porooch

> Affordable Bluetooth tracking for anything your team shares. Tag it once, and your team’s phones quietly note who had it last, where and when. Porooch is in development and not yet available to buy.

Porooch puts small Bluetooth tags on shared equipment (tools, flight cases, dollies, cameras, mowers, cleaning machines). The team's phones notice nearby tags during a shift and record which person had each item last, where and when. There are no gateways to install and no long contracts. It is built for any business that shares gear, for example: Construction & trades, Events & AV, Moving & delivery, Film & photo rental, Landscaping & grounds, Cleaning & restoration.

Custody always belongs to a person, not a vehicle or a job site. Tracking is best-effort: it keeps a rough trail in the background and does not promise to catch every item every time.
